Bounekala founded Noam Group in 2022 with a clear ambition: to bring consistency, precision, and the highest level of hospitality to a highly fragmented seasonal rental market. His vision is anchored in three fundamental pillars of quiet luxury: the comfort of a private home, the service standards of a grand hotel, and the exclusivity of bespoke experiences.
Trained as a chef, Bounekala began his career at the age of 15 in Michelin-starred kitchens, later competing for the prestigious title of Best Apprentice of France in 2016. That same year, he decided to broaden his expertise with a degree in corporate finance from a business school, driven by the desire to align operational excellence with long-term strategic vision.
This dual background—hospitality and finance—has shaped a unique model: ultra-personalised service delivered with the sincerity and intimacy of being hosted in a friend’s private residence, where every detail is carefully considered, every recommendation is genuine, and every stay is deeply meaningful.
Committed to holistic brand development, Bounekala oversees every aspect of the guest journey: from curating exclusive experiences to selecting private chefs, residences, and partners. His unwavering attention to detail aims to elevate each destination to its fullest potential while preserving its authenticity and soul.
