Choose a property from our collection and submit your booking request online. One of our advisors will contact you to confirm availability and pricing. Once you approve the terms, your reservation will be secured with a deposit. From there, our concierge team will take over to get to know your preferences and begin tailoring your stay.
How does the payment schedule unfold?
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required within 72 hours of signing the rental agreement. The remaining balance must be settled no later than one month prior to the start of your stay.
When are check-in and check-out scheduled?
Check-in is available from 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early arrivals or late departures may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. These services are not automatically included and should be discussed with your advisor in advance.
Is a security deposit required, and under what terms?
A security deposit is required prior to arrival to cover any potential damage. The amount will be specified in your rental agreement and may be requested from your advisor before confirming the reservation. No amount will be withheld without proper justification.
How are meals planned and arranged?
Food and beverages are not included in the rental price. To ensure every detail of your stay is handled seamlessly, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) will be requested prior to arrival. The amount will be outlined in your rental agreement and can be confirmed with your advisor. This allowance will be used to cover the cost of groceries with all expenses fully documented.
