Their union brought together vast lands stretching from Saint-André to Trouville and marked a new chapter of prosperity. During this time, the central body of the château was completed, its balanced façade adorned with the coats of arms of both families. The new road to Trouville was also built, linking the estate to the sea and shaping the geography of the region. A century later, the château entered a final stage of transformation. Adrien Gillotin, a textile industrialist, completed the third wing, bringing symmetry and lightness to the entire structure. During the Second World War, it became the headquarters of a German command before being turned into a field hospital by the 224th Parachute Airborne Field Ambulance.
